The Golden Isles port city of Brunswick is booming. A recent study showed that downtown is lacking a significant amount of housing. The lofts at 1608 Newcastle Street are helping to fill that void.

Liberty Ships

The Liberty Ships were crucial to the World War II victory. Also known as the Ugly Duckling Ships, they were built in port cities up and down both United States' coasts. During 1943-1944 ninety nine Liberty ships were built here in the Brunswick port.
